A: Drop shipping is an arrangement whereby a mail-order or internet merchant accepts orders for products, and then pays a manufacturer or distributor to ship the product to the customer. Tshirtcool is the manufacturer of the product that is shipped directly to the customer.

Q: Can I save my clothing designs?
A: Yes you are able to save and upload your designs quick and easily through the Gallery. You can access the gallery by going to 'My Account' and selecting 'Gallery' from the sub-menu.

Shipments

Q: When can I expect shipment after I've placed my order?
A: You can usually expect shipment of your order in 72 to 96 hours after placing your order online. This may vary if we receive many orders within a certain time frame or on special holidays. We will keep you updated through e-mail when the status of your order has changed at all times.

Q: How long will it take before my customers receive their order?
A: The time your order will travel depends on the postal services in the country of origin (our country) and the country of destination (country of your customer), but on average the shipment takes 8 working days to arrive at its destination.

Using the design editor

Q: How should I upload my design?
A: You can upload your designs in .JPG and .PNG format. These files should not exceed 10MB. Our design tool supports designs with a maximum size of 14 x 12 inches (2100pxx1800px).

How to add an image/text:

Click on “Add image” button, then click on “Browse” button, select the image from your location, click on “open” then on “Upload image” button. Once the selected image is showing on the t-shirt, you can rotate it or zoom it as you wish  by clicking on the image name in the right side of the application grid to select it. Now you can zoom in/out, move it or rotate it.

To adjust the text, you have to type your text in the specific field in the right, then click on the “Add the text” button. Once the text is showing on the t-shirt, you have to click on “this is the text on the t-shirt” in the down-right side of the grid to select it and now you can change the font, the color and if you want to move it, you have just to use your mouse and drag it.
