We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is damaged, defective or incorrect item if the return is a result of our error, and let us know what is wrong with it. 

For returns and/or exchanges by mail, please include a copy of the original invoice, please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and let us know what is wrong with it. If an exchange, please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.

Please, contact us before returning them.

Return the items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll issue a full refund for the price you paid.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
